GR-EX Logistics: A unique event for innovation in logistics and intralogistics

The next May 2019, the first edition of GR-EX Logistics is going to be celebrated together with Global Robot Expo, the international trade show on innovation and technology.
GR-EX Logistics is created as an answer of the sector’s demand and it will be a showcase of innovations in today’s logistics and intralogistics. All the solutions will be present in an event which amplifies its horizonts to offer a professional alternative for the interest of the companies.
GR-EX Logistics will have an exhibition space and a live demonstration area. It will count with its own conferences scenario, where professionals of the logistics and intralogistics sector of all Europe will discuss the major challenges the industry faces with the automation of large warehouses.
10.000 metres of technological innovations
The growth of Global Robot Expo exceed the annual 30% and as a consequence of the demand generated by the GR-EX Logistics, the organization needed to expand the 5.400 metres of Pavillion 1 to the more than 10.000 metres of Pavillion 5. The CEO of Global Robot Expo, Enric Forner says: ‘Our objective is that GR-EX becomes the event of reference in industrial innovation’.
The news has spread quickly in the sector and several companies of reference have followed the initiative. CESAB Material Handling, a multinational represented by 120 distributors in 23 countries, Fildeas with business mobility solutions, Modula with automatized vertical warehouses, Sevtronic which is a company specialized in the distribution of electric and electronic material for vehicles and telecommunications, ACL Batterías who are one of the leaders in the spanish market in wholesale sales of industrial batteries and Crown, innovative manufacturer of lift trucks and handling equipment, among others.
Keeping the multisectorial essence, Global Robot Expo is expanding by creating micro-niches and attracting big corporations such as Altran, Accenture, Fundación Once and Deloitte in past editions. For 2019 KUKA AG leader in industrial robotics, joins the 4th edition as sponsor.
